Refund policy

Cancelation time limits.
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations the consumer has seven working days(not including weekends or bank holidays)after the day on which they receive the goods to cancel the order.

How do I cancel my order?
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations the consumer must notify Saxon Seats Limited in writing via email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it of their wish to cancel the order within the time limits detailed above.

Refunds.
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations Saxon Seats Limited will refund the costs of the full amount including the delivery costs  as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest.

Returning Goods.
All items to be returned are to be in good condition and unused. The item should be returned in its original packaging, please provide proof of purchase in the return packaging.
